How do I make an appointment?

 

You will need a referral letter from a General Practitioner or other medical specialist, then call us to make an appointment.

How long is an appointment?

Your initial consult time will be 1 hour and further follow up appointments will be 30 minutes.

What should I bring?

​

Please bring with you:

• Your Referral letter

• Medicare card

• Private health insurance card

• A form of payment, as we will require payment for your visit with us before you leave.

How can I pay?

Cash/Cheque/VISA/Mastercard/EFTPOS
